With over 15 years of professional culinary experience, Chef Putu has honed his craft in some of the most prestigious kitchens across the globe. From five years aboard the Norwegian Cruise Line serving thousands of international guests, to refined dining at LaFevalla Seminyak and the elegant Villa Jerami.
His journey through world-class venues including Rivercruise QRC, Soka Club, and BossMen has given him an exceptional range of skills — from traditional Balinese cuisine to international flavors that delight every palate.
